Designated specifically for kids from 7 to 12 years of age, ClubFit encompasses the best parts of sports, activities and backyard fun.

Under the direction of ClubFit coaches, kids vote on sports or games they would like to play, are coached in sportsmanship and learn team skills that can be applied to everyday life. A sampling of activities includes floor hockey, hopscotch, soccer, basketball and dodgeball. No experience? No problem! We teach kids every game we play.

ClubFit adheres to all FitKids Club™ policies. All ClubFit kids need to be signed in and out of the FitKids Club front desk.

ClubFit Hours

New hours effective Monday, August 20th

Monday to Thursday: 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Youth Exercise and Conditioning Class

This class is designed for children eight to 12 years old who are members of the club. The trainers will work with the children on all different aspects of fitness, while also making the classes fun.

Mondays: (beginning Sept 10) 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
