Group Exercise Class Spotlight

You've most likely heard of Spin, the blood-pumping, adrenaline-racing, bike-pedaling group exercise class. Perhaps you've thought about trying it but have been nervous to join without knowing more. Jump in with our new Intro 2 Spin class, and you can become a pro in no time!

In this 15-minute introduction, one of our experienced Spin instructors teaches you proper bike set-up and safety instructions for a gentle ride. You’ll feel comfortable riding at your own pace and working according to your own goals, level and ability.

By the end of the session, you’ll know why so many people love to spin! Feel free to stay for the next hour-long class—and don’t forget your water bottle.
