Arthritis causes mild to moderate discomfort while performing basic movements, which can limit your ability to exercise. People with Arthritis Can Exercise (P.A.C.E.) is a low-impact, joint-safe land exercise program designed to help decrease arthritis pain and stiffness. Exercises will be performed standing or seated in a chair.

Class will be held in the Multi-purpose Room on the first floor. Registration is required and free for members, $30 for non-members.
