Pilates Equipment — This class is a dynamic workout challenge using a combination of Reformer exercises and Cadillac/Tower exercises to challenge your core and mind-body connection. Members new to Pilates Group Equipment Classes should complete a minimum of one private session for evaluation. Each Group Equipment Class must have a minimum of three participants; a new class can form at any time with three or more participants. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
