If you’re new to yoga, we have several classes that will introduce you to the practice. The slow movements of Restorative Yoga will bring your body into alignment and focus on breath work. Each pose is held as long as is comfortable, allowing you to become familiar with the basics of yoga. It is ideal for beginners and anyone needing to de-stress.
For those comfortable with yoga and looking for a more robust workout , Yoga 4 Athletes is a perfect fit. This class challenges your inner athlete with a focus on flexibility, strength and endurance. Your mind and body will be connected and you will feel empowered.
Hatha Yoga combines breath work (pranayama) with a variety of physical postures (asanas) and deep relaxation (savasana). This class is perfect for those who prefer slow, steady and specific instructions and appreciate being given time to move more completely and thoughtfully in and out of each posture. All levels are welcome and variations will be offered so more advanced students can move deeper into the asanas.
The smooth movements of of Vinyasa Flow Yoga (movement united by breath) will center your mind and body as you are guided through creative blends of various yoga poses in a rhythmic energy flow.
